As for this picture, we thought it might be fun to take one of those band photos where all the members are angst-ridden. It doesn't really work for a happy family like ours, but it is certainly edgy and trendy (I guess)?!?

Our latest newsAmy has been a Strout since March of 2008. She is a natural at nearly every sport she plays, but most enjoys social activities with her close friends.
Mike is the Director of Information Systems for Tyler Cardiovascular Consultants. When he not hanging with the family or serving in various childrens ministries with Kim at Colonial Hills, he enjoys competing in disc golf tournaments where he is on the cusp of turning pro.
Hannah graduated from the University of Texas in Tyler and then spent two years learning Mandarin and building relationships in China. In January of 2011, she will be marrying Matt Price.
Zach is currently an honors engineering student at TJC. In the fall of 2011, he is hoping to begin an engineering internship in Germany.
Zoe joined the Strout family in March of 2003. She is an avid reader, enjoys drawing and is very active in the youth ministry at church.
Tyler is an Information Systems Technician for East Texas Medical Center. In July of 2011, he will be marrying Samantha Karr.
Kim is a very busy woman. Aside from managing a household full of kids and dogs, she also homeschools Zoe and Amy, teaches at Venture (a homeschool co-op) and runs the Childrens Church and Awana programs with Mike at Colonial hills.
